1, the Fan rotor assembly:

This comprises the fan blade, magnetic ring, and Cooling Fan core. These components constitute the heart of airflow generation, ensuring the balance and rotation of the fan blades while facilitating the operation of the magnetic level switch. The rotor is crucial for determining the volume of airflow.

2, the fan stator assembly:

This encompasses the support spring, bearing, and motor, which together provide structural stability to the entire unit. The stator plays a pivotal role in controlling the direction of rotation, dynamic performance, and fan speed.

3, the cooling fan frame:

This component supports the fan motor and facilitates airflow redirection, while also providing mounting holes for installation. 4, the fan motor section:

This includes the circuit board, which manages energy consumption and signal input/output, as well as silicon steel sheets (i.e., stator magnets with wound coils) that generate magnetic propulsion switching. The silicon steel sheets are enclosed by upper and lower covers, serving as fixed insulators. The motor is the core of the entire fan system, where the fixed magnetic poles interact with the moving magnetic poles on the fan blades to achieve rotation.

The Principle of Brushless DC Fan

Operation The pulse generator, designed based on Hall elements, features a simple structure and superior performance. Given the challenging electromagnetic environment in locomotive electrical systems, the product must possess robust anti-interference capabilities. The brushless DC fan, driven by a brushless motor, eliminates electromagnetic interference, thereby overcoming issues associated with brushed phase converter motors such as loud noise and short mechanical life. This makes it widely applicable in electronic and electrical systems requiring forced heat dissipation. The working principle of the Hall switch is exemplified by the AX277 Hall switch circuit. The AX277 Hall switch integrated circuit comprises a reverse voltage protector, precision voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, Schmidt trigger, temperature compensator, and complementary open-collector output. It offers a wide operating voltage range, high magnetic sensitivity, strong load-driving capability, and reverse voltage protection. With a load capacity of up to 300 mA and complementary outputs, this circuit is an ideal solution for brushless fans.
