③ Press the start button and review the balance value after the test completes. If the result is PASS or below the specified balance threshold, proceed; otherwise, add balancing material.
④ Select the material addition point: The computer displays the angle indicated by the red dot, which represents the angle for adding material. Hold the fan blade steady and remove the excess material.
⑤ Using the small balance rod in your right hand, reposition and add the balancing material at the designated location. Repeat steps ②-④ until the test result is PASS.

2. Balance Testing:
To further ensure the balance of the fan blade, Fuqingda Electronic Technology will conduct multiple balance tests and make precise adjustments based on the test results. By adding or removing balancing weights, the fan blade is calibrated to meet predetermined balance standards. This step is crucial for ensuring stability during high-speed rotation.
